SPECIALTY COFFEE
We’ve partnered with Martin Street Coffee Roasters, true artisans of their craft based in beautiful Blackwood, VIC (a little over 20km from Macedon as the crow flies). Beyond simply roasting incredibly delicious specialty coffee, the Martin Street Coffee team champions sustainability on all fronts.
Their roasting process is low energy, low emission powered by 100% green energy, with every last bean sourced directly from family growers using sustainable, eco-friendly growing methods.

Specialty tea and a curated selection of hot and cold beverages are also available to choose from.
