of locally and ethically grown and produced food and
wines and we choose to only work with suppliers who
insist on the same ethical and sustainable food practices
as we do.
While our menus do have a healthy flair, we pride ourselves on creating diverse menus to suit all tastes and that accommodate all special dietary needs – whether they be medical, cultural or diet based. Our menus are adjusted with the seasons so that we can utilise the most flavoursome ingredients.
Our entire team are passionate ‘foodies’, from our
experienced Chef’s to our sales team and front of house
staff and this helps us to be able to evolve our menus
according to market trends and customer needs.
Our focus is on supporting local small businesses. With our fresh farm produce we know that fairly compensating the farmers themselves, helps them support their families. Our business helps them pay for their child’s ballet lessons or sport sessions, and that means far more to us that saving a few dollars.
It also means that our catering and events menus are made from the freshest ingredients available according to the season and locality.
