We cater exclusively to a range of prestigious Australian venues as well as setting the standard for both drop off corporate catering and contract commercial catering.


Our clients benefit from our extensive network of complementary event suppliers, comprising everything from event stylists, florists, furniture hire, entertainment such as bands to specialist roving entertainers and high-profile comedians! Saxon Mitchell

With over 15 years direct experience in the hospitality and events/conference sector, Saxon has worked from the ground up through all levels of hospitality - from waiting tables and making cocktails behind the bar to coordinating and producing large private and corporate events and conferences for over 1000 guests.

Erica Sammut
General Manager

Erica has an extensive background in events, catering and venue management achieved from working in some of Australia’s most iconic venues including Rod Laver Arena, The MCG, Flemington Racecourse and The SCG.​

Having worked for all 4 of the largest catering companies in Australia, she has an unparalleled knowledge of managing venues and events.
